Ka-Boomers have met my expectations. We usually buy most of the same products every year because they are our favorites. I would recommend Ka-Boomers to a friend because I like your products more than other places and the low prices.
My favorite thing about your products is the variety between small and large. Also the different colors and designs. My father and I go all out on the 4th of July. We host a family get together every year. And Ka-Boomers has been our one stop shop for fireworks for several years now. We buy lots of the gram cakes. And our favorite is definitely Bucket List.
I do refer friends and family to Ka-Boomers. I love the vast selection that is available and the prices are good too. The employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. We usually go to the stand in Waterloo NE but this last year we went to the one in south Fremont Nebraska as it is closer to us and seems to offer all the same great stuff.
We buy the Sea of Red every year and it is a hit!! We recommend people every year because of the prices. My favorite thing about Ka-Boomers is the customer service. Every one is so friendly and helpful. Waterloo, NE is our closest location. Everyone at the fireworks stand was courteous and helpful. Millennials have a reputation for being difficult, demanding, lazy, and disloyal; however, nothing could be further from the truth. An important question arose regarding how to prioritise three different motivators: Collectively, there was a sense that, among millennials, a sense of achievement is the number one motivator, followed by career progression, then money or remuneration. Millennials have come of age in a different landscape compared with Gen Xers and Baby Boomers. The older generations come from a world where the expectation was to work hard and climb the career ladder so they could save money and buy a house. By contrast, millennials want to be part of something bigger than they are; they want to be able to put their name to something and say they achieved it. Education is helping drive this mindset shift. Understanding these core drivers and motivators are important for businesses hiring millennials because it helps managers understand how to lead them.

To investigate the role of the tobacco industry in marketing to and sustaining tobacco addiction among older smokers and aging Baby Boomers. Archival searches of electronic archives of internal tobacco company documents using a snowball sampling approach. Analysis utilizing iterative and comparative review of documents, classification by themes, and a hermeneutic interpretive approach to develop a case study. Based on extensive marketing research, tobacco companies aggressively targeted older smokers and sought to prevent them from quitting. Innovative marketing approaches were used. Tobacco industry activities influence the context of cessation for older smokers in several ways. Through targeted mailings of coupons and incentives, the industry discourages older smokers from quitting. Through rhetoric aimed at convincing addicted smokers that they alone are responsible for their smoking, the industry contributes to self-blame, a documented barrier to cessation. Comprehensive tobacco control measures must include a focus on older smokers. In , 3. Research shows that tobacco industry activity affects the contexts of tobacco use among many marginalized and vulnerable groups, including African Americans 16 , Asian Americans 17 , Latinos 18 , gays and lesbians 19 , and homeless and mentally ill persons. There are differences between younger and older smokers. Numerous factors are relevant to the context of cessation for smokers of any age, including interpersonal characteristics and dynamics 30 , social and policy contexts 31 , access or lack thereof to cessation resources 32 , and the support of health care providers. Between September —August , we searched previously undisclosed tobacco industry documents, made public as a result of the Minnesota Tobacco Settlement and other cases.
